Fares and Passes: (Fixed Route)
NOTE - For information on Para Transit tickets and passes please review the Longview Transit Para Transit Guide to Ride documentation. All of the following information pertains to the Longview Transit Fixed Route Service.
Fare Information: (Fixed Route)
Longview Transit no longer accepts transfers. A fare is expected each time you board a vehicle. Use our Day Pass and ride an unlimited number of times all day for just $3.00!

Discounted Fares: (Fixed Route)
To qualify for a discounted fare, an individual must receive Medicare, be a senior over the age of 60, or have a Disability documented by getting our MSD application filled out by a licensed healthcare professional or case worker. These passes are individually made at the Longview Transit Administration Offices, please bring the appropriate picture ID’s. The application can be picked up at the Administrative offices or downloaded here.
To receive your discount when riding simply present your MSD pass to the driver as you board the bus.
Tickets and Passes: (Fixed Route)
An advanced ticket/pass purchase is NOT required to ride with Longview Transit. Most riders simply pay their fare as they step onto the bus. Tickets and passes are most useful when the handling of cash is an issue for an individual or a purchasing organization.

Fare Increases to ALL Tickets and Passes is expected in July of 2010!!

*Good for unlimited rides on a single day (activated on the day of first use)
** Good for unlimited rides during a 31 day period (activated on the day of first use)
***Good for unlimited rides during a five month semester period (must be a student to qualify)
All tickets and passes can be purchased at the Longview Transit Administration Offices (see the contact us link for our address and a map). We will need to take an individual picture for MSD passes, so the individual needing the pass must be present.
